Application for Early Check-in for the 2024 Fall Semester (113-1 semester)

1.    Eligibility: International degree students with on-campus accommodation in the 113-1 (2024 fall ) semester, including the incoming international degree students.

2.    Due time for application: Sep.5, 2024

3.    Application system: https://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_overseas.php

4.    Dates open for early check-in: From 09:00 Aug.28 to 17:00 Sep.5, 2024

5.    Charge standard:

• (1) NT$150 per day.
• (2) Electricity will be charged separately.
• (3) The applicant should apply three working days before the preferred check-in date. The applicant will pay a handling fee of NT$ 250 for a late application.

6.    Payment Method:

• (2)    Auto-payment machines:
  • ➔    Sheng-Li Campus: Sheng-Li Dorm 1, D-24 Discussion Room
  • ➔    Kuang-Fu Campus: Kuang-Fu Dorm 2
  • ➔    Ching-Yeh Campus: Ching-Yeh Dorm 3

7.    Charge Standard for Cancellation:

• (1) Before the applicant is informed of the arrangement: Free of charge.
• (2) Once the applicant is informed of the arrangement: A handling fee of NT$ 250.
• (3) Starting from the appointed date of early check-in:  A handling fee of NT$ 250 and NT$ 150 per day to the day when the cancelation procedure  completes.

8.    Remarks:

• (1) The payment receipts for  early check-in and the 113-1 semester dorm fee are  required for the check-in procedures.
• (2) Please complete the early check-in procedures with the dorm manager during office hours.
• (3) The applicant will stay in a room other than his or her room for the 113-1 semester and has to follow the schedule to finish room transferring procedures when the room for the 113-1 semester is not available for early check-in.
