Application for Early Check-in for the 2023 Spring Semester(111-2 semester)

1. Eligibility: International degree students with on-campus accommodation in the 111-2 semester.

2. Application time: 10 AM, Jan. 10, 2023 ~ 10 AM, Feb. 9, 2023.

3. Application system: http://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_overseas.php

4. Dates open for early check-in: 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00, Jan. 30~Feb. 9.

5. Charge standard:

• (1) NT$150 per day.
• (2) Electricity will be charged separately.
• (3) The applicant shall apply three working days before the preferred check-in date. The applicant has to pay a handling fee of NT$ 250 for a late application.

6. Payment Method:

• (1) Online payment platform: https://pay.ufo.ncku.edu.tw/mobilepay/
• (2) Auto-payment machines:
• A. Sheng-Li Campus: Sheng-Li Dorm 1, D-24 Discussion Room.
• B. Kuang-Fu Campus: Kuang-Fu Dorm 2.
• C. Ching-Yeh Campus: Ching-Yeh Dorm 3.

 7. Charge Standard for Cancellation:

• (1) Before the applicant is informed of the arrangement: Free of charge.
• (2) Once the applicant is informed of the arrangement: the applicant has to pay a handling fee of NT$ 250.
• (3) Starting from the appointed date of early check-in: the applicant has to pay NT$ 150 per day, including the handling fee of NT$ 250, till the day when the applicant completes the cancellation procedure.

8.  Remarks:

• (1) The applicant must present payment receipts of the early check-in and the 111-2 semester dorm fee when checking in.
• (2) The applicant shall complete the early check-in procedures with the dorm manager during office hours.
• (3) The applicant will stay in a room other than their room of the 111-2 semester and has to follow the schedule to finish room transferring procedures when it is not available for early check-in.
• (4) This early check-in application is subject to change and might be suspended due to revisions to epidemic precautionary measures.
