1.       勝六舍簡易廚房開放使用的時間，由原本的7:00-22:00，改成6:00-22:00。The opening hour of kitchenette Sheng-Li Dorm 6 is changed from 7:00~22:00 to 6:00 to 22:00.

2.       簡易廚房內除烹飪電器用品及冰箱內食材外，其餘私人烹煮相關的物品（如碗盤、刀具、調味料等）都應放置在各人的寢室。公告後兩周內由各人領回，期間過後會將相關私人的物品統一放置在一處由同學自行領回。In the kitchenette, except for cooking appliances and food in the refrigerator, all the other personal tableware (like dishes, bowls, knife and sauce, etc) should be kept in the room. They should be taken back by the owners during two week’s announcement, after that, they will be gathered and kept in one other place for owners to pick up.

3.       放置在廚房的物品（含電器），請同學務必貼上標籤（標籤請同學自備），標明房號、學號、姓名。The goods (including electrical appliances) in the kitchenette should have tags on, specifying room no., student ID No. and name.

4.       流理臺、桌面、地板要淨空。 Worktable、floor should be kept clean and clear.

5.       若使用人數過多，廚房容量有限，將實施分流措施。While the number of residents using the kitchenette increases, the capacity of the kitchenette is limited. If possible, capacity control measure will be needed.

6.       一個插座一項電器，禁用延長線及活動插座。One socket, one appliance. Extension cord or portable sockets are prohibited.

因電容量有限，簡易廚房禁止使用多孔插座或延長線。多孔插座或延長線一經發現，一律沒入，多孔插座或延長線所有者以影響宿舍安全記違規四點。如再次使用延長線或多孔插座則直接記十點退宿。Due to limited electric capacity, it is prohibited to install extension cord or portable sockets in the kitchenette. Extension cord or portable sockets found in the kitchenette will be confiscated and the owner will be given 4 violation points. If residents install extension cord or portable sockets again, the owner will be given 10 violation points, which leads to being ordered to withdraw from the dormitory.

7.       除簡易廚房外，宿舍禁止烹飪。 No cooking allowed except in the Kitchenette.

在簡易廚房以外地點進行炊事者，一律記10點退宿，並記小過乙支。Cooking is only allowed in the kitchenette. Those who are found cook in the room or in any other area except the kitchenette will be given 10 violation points and one minor demerit, and be withdrawn from the dorm.

 

1.       每周一上午8時至下午4時簡易廚房將暫停使用，進行清潔及保養維護。在此同時亦將清理冰箱。未標示或逾期存放之食材將清出、逕以廢棄物處理。Every Monday, from 08:00 to 16:00, the kitchenette will be closed for maintenance. The ingredients kept in the refrigerator over the storage period or without the owner’s information marked on their container will be cleared and disposed at the same time.

2.       廚房清潔需要所有使用者一同維護。簡易廚房越髒亂，則所需養護時間將增加。養護時間越長，開放使用時間越短。請發揮公德心，勿做害群之馬。It’s every user of the kitchenette that should help keep the kitchenette clean. The dirtier the kitchenette is, the longer it will be closed for maintenance, and the less time the kitchenette will be open. Please be public-spirited, and do not be the black sheep of the group.

1.       所有冰存於冰箱的食材必須標示存放日期及存放人之姓名及學號。食材存放時間僅限一周，如須冰存超過一周，則存放人應定時更新所標示之存放日期。所存放之食材如未標示存放日期及存放人之姓名學號，將立即丟棄。All the ingredients kept in the refrigerator should be marked with the date of storage and the owner’s information, including name, and student ID number. The storage period is limited to one week. Those who would like to have their ingredients kept more than one week should renew the date of storage regularly. Ingredients found without the date of storage and the owner’s information marked on their container will be disposed immediately.

2.       執行時將有兩周之宣導期（100/5/5~100/5/19）。宣導期期間，未標示存放日期及存放人之姓名學號之食材（不合格）將暫移至冰箱最底層待領，保留期限為一週，宣導期過了以後(即100/5/20起)不合格的食材直接以廢棄物處理。There will be a two-week grace period（100/5/5~100/5/19）. During the grace period, ingredients without the date of storage and the owner’s information marked on their container will be removed to the lowest shelf of the refrigerator，after the grace period(100/5/20~)，those illegal ingredients will be disposed directly without announcement.

3.       住服組將設置冰箱使用的規範（包含每個人可使用冰箱之空間大小、儲物的標示等)。公告後兩周內會將冰箱內不合規定的物品放置冰箱最下層供同學認領，期間過後不合格之物品將由管理員直接處置，不另行通知。 Dorm affair office will set the regulations for using refrigerator. (Including maximum space for each person and tags, etc.) During this two weeks’ announcement, all items violating the rules will be put at the base of the refrigerator for one week to allow owners to take them back. After the time, they will be discarded by the administrator without notifying.

4.       如無法配合冰箱管理方式者，建議勿使用冰箱。 It is suggested that those who have difficulty cooperating with the said management measures not make use of the refrigerator.
