主旨：公告本學期離宿清空期間為99年7月1日至7月4日17時止，請未申請暑假留宿同學於此期間內完成離宿清點並遷出宿舍。

說明：

一、   依99年4月22日舍長大會決議案辦理。

二、   未申請暑假留宿同學應於旨揭規定期間內完成離宿作業，並最遲於99年7月4日17時前清理寢室內私人物品並搬離宿舍。

三、   暑假留宿他寢同學，亦需辦理離宿清點手續。唯各宿舍之離宿時間表、清點手續、辦理流程及注意事項，請參閱附件。

四、   依據本校學生宿舍契約書第十一條規定遷出時未完成離宿清點手續，酌收手續費參佰元及清潔費。又依據本校學生宿舍管理規則第九條第一款，得由檢查人員認定損壞或髒亂程度，酌收清潔費壹仟元。

五、   如有任何疑慮或特殊困難者，請事先洽詢各宿舍之輔導員進行協調。 

 

1.    Residents who do not apply for summer stay should complete the check-out process, which includes cleaning the room and clearing personal belongings from the room, before 17:00 on July. 4^th, 2010.

2.    Residents whose room for summer stay is reassigned should complete the check-out process, too. The exact date and procedure may vary from dorm to dorm. Please consult the announcement in your own building.

3.    According to the Housing Contract, a processing fee of NT$ 300 and cleaning fee will be levied from the said residents who do not finish the check-out procedure. The management personnel are authorized to enter the room to inspect and evaluate the status of the public property. Meanwhile, any personal belongings left behind shall be disposed of as waste with a cleanup charge of NT$ 1,000.
