主旨：公告本學期離宿清空期間為99年1月14日至1月17日下午17時止，請 未申請寒假留宿同學於此期間內完成離宿清點並遷出宿舍。
說明：

1. 依98年10月28日舍長大會決議案辦理。
2. 未申請寒假留宿同學應於旨揭規定期間內完成離宿作業，並最遲於99年1月17日晚間17點前清理寢室內私人物品並搬離宿舍。
3. 寒假留宿他寢同學，亦需辦理離宿清點手續。唯各宿舍之離宿時間表、清點手續、辦理流程及注意事項，由各舍自行公告於舍內。
4. 依據本校學生宿舍契約書第十一條規定遷出時未完成離宿清點手續，酌收手續費參佰元及清潔費。又依據本校學生宿舍管理規則第九條第一款，得由檢查人員認定損壞或髒亂程度，酌收清潔費壹仟元。
5. 手續辦理有任何疑慮或特殊困難者，請事先洽詢各宿舍之輔導員進行協調。

1. Residents who do not apply for winter stay should complete the check-out process, which includes cleaning the room and clearing personal belongings from the room, before 17:00 on Jan. 17th, 2009.
2. Residents whose room for winter stay is reassigned should complete the check-out process, too.  The exact date and procedure may vary from dorm to dorm.  Please consult the announcement in your own building.
3. According to the Housing Contract, a processing fee of NT$ 300 and cleaning fee will be levied from the said residents who do not finish the check-out procedure.  The management personnel are authorized to enter the room to inspect and evaluate the status of the public property.  Meanwhile, any personal belongings left behind shall be disposed of as waste with a cleanup charge of NT$ 1,000.
