Accommodation Census Notice for the fall 2026 Semester

1.    The fall 2026 Semester accommodation census will be conducted from September 07 to September 18, 2026. As the specific census dates vary by dormitory, residents should refer to and cooperate with the attached schedule for their respective buildings.

2.    Residents who are unable to participate in the census at the scheduled time must notify the dormitory staff in advance to arrange an alternative time. The census must still be completed by the designated deadline. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the resident’s accommodation.

3.    Residents who wish to cancel their accommodation must submit an application through their assigned resident counselor and complete the check-out procedures. For detailed information regarding refund and fee calculation standards, please refer to Article 13 of the National Cheng Kung University Student Dormitory Regulations.

4.    Students who fail to complete the accommodation census will be deemed to have waived their bed assignment, which will be canceled by the Housing Service Division. In such cases, residents are still required to complete the official check-out procedures. Accommodation fees will be calculated up to September 18, 2026. Students must first pay the full accommodation fee and then apply for a refund of the remaining balance by submitting the payment receipt and required documents. No refund will be issued if the check-out procedures are not completed.
