Accommodation Census Notice for the 2024 fall Semester

1.    The 2024 fall semester accommodation census will be conducted between Sep. 09, 2024 and Sep. 20, 2024.  The exact dates vary with dorms. Residents should refer to the attachment for their dorm building for details and participate in the census.

2.    Residents with difficulty cooperating with the staff for the scheduled census must report to the staff in advance and finish the census by the due time. Those who fail to take part in the census will have their residency canceled.

3.    Those who wish to cancel their accommodation must apply with the resident counselor, complete the check-out process, and refer to Article 13 of the National Cheng Kung University Student Dormitory Regulations for detailed information on the charge standard.  

4.    Those who fail to finish the census are regarded as giving up their accommodation and the dorm fee paid will not be refunded. Residents with an unpaid bill are ineligible for on-campus accommodation applications.
