Subject: Kuang-fu 3rd dorm will undergo the maintenance of the dorm furnitures and interior repainting works during summer vacation, hence all residents will be staying in Kuang-fu 1st dorm during the construction.

The details are as follow:

1. The whole furniture maintenance and repainting works will last about 6 weeks.

2. All residents from Kuang-fu 3rd dorm will need to move into Kuang-fu 1st dorm on 6/27- 6/28, and move back to Kuang-fu 3rd dorm on 8/13-8/14.( If the construction is delayed, the moving date will be informed later)

3. The dorm room will be arranged according to the overall situation, but in principle, foreign students will be staying in the first floor, and native students will be staying in the second to fourth floor.
