Application for Accommodation Cancellation of the 107-2 Semester

Dear Resident,

According to the NCKU Student Dormitory Regulations, residents who would like to cancel their accommodation of the second semester, which spans from February to June, shall submit the applications in advance and pay the handling fee.

Application procedures and charge standard are as the following.

A.    Application procedures: the applicant shall complete and submit the application to the resident counselor.

B.    Charge standard:

1. By the day before check-in day for 107-2 semester: the applicant will be charged NTD 250 handling fee.
2. Starting from check-in day for 107-2 semester: Besides NTD 250 processing fee, the applicant will also be charged NTD 130 per day till the day when the cancellation procedure is completed.
   ※107-2 check-in day varies with different identities of 2019 winter stay. Please refer to the announcement for 2019 winter stay.
