Eligibility：

1. Master program: Present tenants in their 1st year of studies.
2. Doctoral program: Present tenants in their 1st to 3rd year of studies. 

Conditions:  

The above-mentioned students are eligible for the application under the following conditions:  

1. Having no unpaid bill(s).

2. Having no violation point(s).

To eliminate all violation points, applicants may apply for the elimination with Mr. Lu of HSD (Ext No.：86346), with each point converted into a three-hour campus service

3. Not being suspended of the right to dormitory accommodation.
4. Having completed the required heath examination.

2. Charge Standard for Cancellation:

1. By 10:00AM, Mar. 02, 2018: Free of charge. Please login the system again and cancel your application item.
2. Between 10:00AM, Mar. 02, 2018 and the day before 107-1 semester check-in:

1. Cancellation due to suspension, withdrawn, and graduation: Free of charge.
2. Cancellation due to reasons other than suspension, withdrawn, and graduation: NT$250 handling fee.

3. Starting from 107-1 semester check-in:

1. Cancellation due to suspension, withdrawn, and graduation: accommodation fee, which shall be charged till the day when the cancellation is completed.
2. Cancellation due to reasons other than suspension, withdrawn, and graduation： NT$250 handling fee and accommodation fee, which shall be charged till the day when the cancellation is completed.

3. Summer stay： 2018 summer is NOT included and the application for 2018 summer stay will be available around mid-May.
4. Graduate program students staying in Sheng-Li 1, Sheng-Li 3, and Sheng-Li 4 will be reallocated to other dorms for graduate program students. For more detailed information, please refer to the announcement of your dorm building.
