Drawing Registration for Accommodation of the 106th Academic Year-Undergraduate Program

• I.    Eligibility: freshman, sophomore or junior students of undergraduate program (or a fourth year student of the architectural program of the Department of Architecture, a student of the School of Pharmacy in the fourth or fifth year of study, and a student of the Department of Medicine in the fourth, fifth or sixth year of study), who is not registered as a resident in the districts of East, Central West, North, South, Anping, Annan, Yungkang, Hsinshi, Jente, Kuijen, and Kuanmiao in Tainan City, or any non-incoming student who is registered as a resident outside of the above named places for over six months (as of the designated date of application for accommodation published by the University).
• Incoming students of 2017 fall semester are ineligible for this application and may submit their application according to the instructions of the admission package from the Office of International Affairs.
• II.    Registration time:  10:00 AM, Mar. 15, 2017~ 10:00AM, Mar. 22, 2017.

• IV.    Result Inquiry: The drawing will be taken placed, with the witness of student representatives and the result will be open for inquiry by 18:00, March 24.
• V.    Remarks
  1. After registering, the applicant shall login the system again to confirm their registration by the due time. 
  2. The applicant with unpaid bill shall complete payment and present the receipt by 16:00, March 21.

  4. The accommodation term of the 106th academic year spans from mid-September of 2017 to mid-June of 2018, excluding winter and summer of 2018.
