Notice for Check-out Procedure

1st Semester of the 105th Academic Year

1. Residents who do not apply for winter Stay should complete the check-out process, which includes cleaning the room and clearing personal belongings from the room, before 12:00 on Jan. 16th, 2016. (Please check HSD website for Winter Stay announcement.)
2. Residents whose room for winter Stay is reassigned should complete the check-out process, too.  The exact date and procedure may vary from dorm to dorm.  Please consult the announcement in your own building.
3. The check-out service is only available between 09:00~12:00 and 13:00 ~ 17:00 on normal working days (Mon.- Fri) and Jan 15, 2017 (Sun.). For the residents who plan to move out during weekends, please schedule your check out date in advance.
4. According to the Housing Contract, a processing fee of NT$ 250 and cleaning fee will be charged if residents who do not finish the check-out procedure. The management personnel is authorized to enter the room to inspect and evaluate the status of the public property.  Meanwhile, any personal belongings left behind shall be disposed of as waste with a cleanup charge of NT$ 1,000.
