Notice for Check-out Procedure

2nd Semester of the 104th Academic Year

1. Residents who do not apply for Summer Stay should complete the check-out process, which includes cleaning the room and clearing personal belongings from the room, and return the key before 12:00 on June 26, 2016. (Please check HSD website for Summer Stay announcement.)
2. Residents whose room for Summer Stay is reassigned should complete the Check-in and check-out process from 9:00, June 27, 2016 to 12:00, June 28, 2016.
3. Those who fail to complete check-out within the designated period shall receive between 5 to 8 violation points and shall pay a penalty of NT$200 per day in accordance with NCKU Student Housing Contract. If the situation affects other people, the remained items will be regarded as litter and be thrown away. Residents shall not raise any objection or request any compensation for the discarded items, and shall pay a clean-up fee of NT$1,000 in accordance with NCKU Student Housing Contract.
4. Please check the announcement of your own building for further information. For those who have questions or difficulty in cooperating with the designated date, please contact the counselor in advance.
