Accommodation Reservation for Undergraduate International Students (105th Academic Year)

Dear international students of undergraduate program,

 

The following is the application calendar for accommodation reservation, on-line random drawing, and on-line room registration for the 105th academic year.

 

If you are in need of on-campus accommodation in the 105th academic year, please be sure to check the calendar and apply by the designated time.

 

Please be noted that we do not reserve spaces for international students who fail to complete their applications.

Accommodation Reservation

Accommodation Reservation Application

Eligibility:

Undergraduate international students without violation points or unpaid dorm fee bill.

 

How to Apply:

Login the system and complete the application: http://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_spstu.php

 

Remarks:

  1. Applicants with violation points shall have their violation points eliminated by Feb 19. Bonus/Violation Point Record: http://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_dormstu.php
  2. To eliminate all violation points, applicants may apply for the elimination with Mr. Lu of HSD (Ext No.:86346), with each point converted into a three-hour campus service

Eligibility:

Undergraduate international students who need on-campus accommodation but fail to complete their reservation application within the designated date.

Room Registration

Eligibility:

Residents of the 104 academic year.

 

How to Register:

Login the system and complete the registration: http://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_beds.php

 

Remarks:

  1. Applicants shall complete the registration to confirm their room arrangements.
  2. Those who fail to complete the on-line room registration within the designated time will be regarded as giving up their accommodation and the vacancies left will be arranged to applicants on the waiting list.
  3. The on-line room registration is divided into the following 2 stages:
  1. Stage 1: Full room registration. Apr. 07 -Apr. 11. Please refer to the announcement for specific time period assigned for each dorm.
  2. Stage 2: Individual registration. Apr. 12 -Apr. 14
