Eligibilities

Tenants of the 103-2 or 104-1 semester

Tenants of the 103-2 semester who need to extend for a short period of time after the end of the 103-2 semester.

Date for application

10:00AM, May 22-10:00AM, June 03

Late application will be charged with NTD 250 handling fee

From 10:00AM, June 22 to 17:00, June 26

Application suspends when there is no vacancy available.

Method for application

If the number of applicants exceeds vacancies available, a computer random drawing will be conducted to decide the winners.

Steps for application:

1. Sign the housing contract on-line (http://dorm.osa.ncku.edu.tw/index_lic.php)
2. Contact the resident counselor of your building to fill out the application form

Charge standard

Full amount of summer stay.

NTD 130/per day

If the applicant’s accommodation fee calculated on a daily basis exceeds the full-amount summer stay charge, the applicant shall apply for full-term 2015 summer stay online from May 22 to June 03.

Date & Method of Payment

June 18-July 03, 2015.

Steps for payment:

1. Log into the website of Bank of Taiwan (https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx )
2. Print out the fee note
3. Pay the bill via Convenience Stores, ATM Transaction, and Bank of Taiwan

As the notification from the resident counselor.

Application cancellation or revision

1. By 10:00AM June 03: Revise your application item online.  No handling fee will be charged.
2. 10:00AM June 03~before check-in day: Apply with your resident counselor.  A handling fee of NTD 250 will be charged.
3. Starting from check-in day: Apply with your resident counselor.  A handling fee of NTD 250 and NTD 130/ per day will be charged.

1. Once the application is submitted, the applicant shall apply with the resident counselor where cancellation or revision is needed.  A handling fee of NTD 250 will be charged.
2. Once the applicant is notified of accommodation arrangement, the applicant shall apply with the resident counselor where cancellation or revision is needed.  A handling fee of NTD 250 and NTD 130/ per day will be charged.

Remarks

1. Please apply for summer stay if you have to put your personal belongings in the room during summer vacation.
2. Those who do not apply for summer stay should complete the check-out process, which includes cleaning the room and clear personal belongings from the room, by the end of this semester.  Please refer to the announcement in your building for the exact dates for check-out and check-in. 
3. Accommodation of summer stay might be rearranged if there’s any emergence or special needs
