Application for NCKU On-Campus Accommodation During Self-Health Management

I.     Eligibility: NCKU students who have taken tests for COVID-19 and are required to finish the self-health management according to the regulations by CDC Taiwan.

III.  Time for application: open now and closed when there is no vacancy available.

IV.  Remarks for application:

• 1.       Hosing Service Division reserves the right of refusal.
• 2.       The application shall be submitted three working days before checking in. A handling fee of NT$ 250 will be charged for late application.
• 3.       The applicant is regarded as having understood and agreed to comply with the precautionary and management measures during their stay in the self-health management dorm.
• 4.       Any violations against the Communicable Disease Control Act will be reported to and dealt with by the responsible authorities.
